Jasmine’s Consulting Philosophy:
“I do not ‘write’ resumes FOR people. I am happy to help with phrasing and formatting, however I cannot reflect on someone’s career experience on their behalf. Only the individual knows what their experiences have entailed.
My gift lies in the way that I listen to people’s needs, assess their next steps and then utilize my experience and insight to empower them to put their best foot forward in their job search.
I thoroughly explain my recommendations to convey the reasoning and most importantly, the WHY, offering individuals the skills needed to review and revise their own materials over time.
In terms of a familiar proverb, my goal is to teach a person to fish, so that they can eat for a lifetime and help their community do the same.
